The dean of the ASU College of Business Administration, Dr. Kamal Hingorani, said the COBA’s lectures will tap ASU’s broad alumni base to bring distinguished speakers to campus each semester who can share their wisdom and insight with the University’s students and the wider community to inspire the next generation of ASU leaders.

谢拉德法官赠送studied international and comparative Law at the Université d’Aix-Marseille III in Aix en Provence, France, and graduated from law school at LSU on the chancellor’s list with dual degrees: a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) in 2002. When she returned to Birmingham, Grant opened her own law practice. She has received numerous awards and sits on several professional organizations and boards, including the Board of Directors for Growing Kings and Alabama State University's Foundation Board.

法达欧文斯法官还参加了法国Aix-en-Carence的Unixitéd'Aix-Marseille III。Like her sister, she also attended LSU and graduated in its dual degree program and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Bachelor of Civil Law degree (B.C.L.) in 2002. Owens also is a member of numerous professional organizations and boards, which includes serving as president of the board of directors for the Addiction Prevention Coalition. She is a graduate of Project Corporate Leadership, Leadership Birmingham, Leadership Vestavia Hills, MOMENTUM Women’s Leadership Class and Leadership Alabama.
